Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans

Deadline: October 2023

The Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans provides opportunities for continuing generations of able and accomplished new Americans to achieve leadership in their chosen fields. Candidates must demonstrate the relevance of graduate education to their long-term career goals and potential in enhancing their contributions to society.

Fellowships support up to two years of graduate study in the United States—in any field and in any advanced degree-granting program. Each award is for up to $25,000 in maintenance grants and up to $20,000 (or 50%) of tuition and fees for each year of graduate study supported. The fellowship program pays the tuition grant, not including fees, directly to the institution.

TO APPLY

NOTE: if you would like to receive feedback on your application, you must send your materials to the Office of Prestigious Awards and Fellowships (prestigiousawards@miami.edu) at least two weeks prior to the application deadline.
