The Rhodes Scholarship, initiated in 1902, is the oldest international scholarship. It was created to bring outstanding students from around the world to the University of Oxford in England. Rhodes Scholarships are tenable at the University of Oxford and are normally held for two or three years. The value of Rhodes Scholarships cover all tuition fees, plus a maintenance stipend. Rhodes Trustees will assist successful applicants with travel expenses to and from Oxford. Students may apply in the fall of their senior year for awards that commence the following fall. UM students must be endorsed by the University.
NOTE: There will be no individual meetings or calls scheduled between August 1 and the campus deadline.
