Attendance and Eligibility

Invitations and instructions for the Convocation will be emailed in early April 2018 to students who are to be honored. Students must RSVP to the Honors Program office by the deadline provided in the invitation.

Honors students who have completed or are scheduled to complete their requirements for graduation with General Honors this May or in Summer 2018 may participate in the Honors Day Convocation ceremony. The final awarding of General Honors is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of the appropriate requirements by each candidate.

The listing of a student’s name in the printed program in no way implies or ensures his or her graduation or the award of honors.

Where do I go on the day of the ceremony?

The lineup site is in the Fieldhouse at the Watsco Center. Please arrive at least one hour prior to the scheduled start of the ceremony dressed in your regalia (gown only, no cap).
